Located in the heart of Fairfax, Ox Hill Residences redefines modern luxury through timeless design and quiet confidence. Drawing inspiration from the refined interiors by Thomas Juul-Hansen and the soft rhythm of suburban living, I created a brand identity that feels both elevated and grounded.

At the center is a custom logomark designed to feel architectural, symmetrical, and iconic — built from mirrored “X” and “H” forms that subtly nod to the name without being overt. Paired with a high-contrast serif wordmark and an organic palette of Mossy Mirage and Sunlit Silk, the system evokes understated elegance. Deliverables included a full collateral suite, printed materials, and branded environmental applications, designed to scale seamlessly across touchpoints.

For the top two penthouses at One World Trade Center, created during my time at Altered State, I led art direction for a campaign crafted to capture the distinct atmosphere of the building’s highest floors. From early concept to final execution, I shaped the visual world—establishing tone, directing casting, styling, body language, and overseeing both CGI production and final retouching. The campaign blends modern prestige with restraint, evoking a mood of elevated minimalism. I also designed the four-week ROS media placements and a print feature in Commercial Observer to support the campaign launch and drive sustained visibility.

The identity for Halletts Point Phase II was built to feel human and lived in. Every decision, from typography to texture, was guided by the idea of home as something soft, grounding, and connected.
Each symbol tells part of the story, reflecting moments of togetherness, comfort, and ease that define life by the water.
The system expanded into a full identity, translating brand values into tangible expressions across print and environment.
The brochure, included in the resident welcome package, captures the warmth and ease of life at Halletts Point through understated typography and material detail.
From retail vinyls to city buses, the brand system scaled into environmental applications designed to strengthen visibility and community presence.
To extend the brand beyond the building itself, I art directed a neighborhood shoot that captured the authentic rhythm and charm of Astoria. The imagery was guided by the same tonal principles as the brand — soft light, texture, and a sense of belonging.
